Manage Credit Cards & Bank Accounts in the Family Record
Learn how to add, edit, and delete credit cards and bank account information in the Family record.
Add a Credit Card to a Family
If ePayments is activated for your organization's database, credit card information for a family is recorded on the Billing Info tab of the Family record.
Multiple Cards per Family
When ePayments are enabled in Jackrabbit, you can maintain up to three credit cards on file for each family.
Delete a Credit Card from a Family
Follow these steps to delete a credit card from a family's record.
Add a Bank Account to a Family
If ePayments is activated in your Jackrabbit database, bank account information for a family is recorded on the Billing Info tab of the Family record.
Edit a Bank Account on a Family
Follow these steps to edit a bank account that has been saved to a family's record.
Delete a Bank Account from a Family
A saved bank account can be deleted from a Family record on the Billing Info tab.
